For most of my life, I have loved cooking, from following a recipe to creating concoctions out of the garbage I had left in my fridge it has always been a source of relaxation and creativity for me. So, several weeks ago I asked those of you following me over on Instagram if you wanted to cook with me, and your overwhelming response was "HECK YES!".
Now, if you are already signed up on my Newsletter and you following me over on Instagram you know what is up, we are getting cooking! Today I am going to share with you the recipes we will be cooking together live on May 1st at 11 am EST over on my live Instagram feed (@healingginger), so if you aren't following me yet, now is the time!
I have taken all the planning out of the equation and have put together a mini-cookbook of recipes for us to make together, there are veggie and meat options, and everything can 100% be made to be fully meat-free! Now all you have to do is download the cookbook, go get the groceries and please be sure to have everything prepped so we can jump right in once the event starts.
