Healthy BBQ Chicken

Summer is when us Canadians venture into the outdoors to soak up wonderful Vitamin D, get tan lines, and use our grills.  A lot of the time we tend to pick up hot dogs which are overly processed food, high in sodium, preservatives and other chemicals. We tend towards these food products because we think of them as more convenient, but there is often a more holistic whole food option out there that is just as easy to whip up for your family or a group of friends.
