The topic of sugar has been all over the place lately, people are becoming more aware of added sugars looming in their foods and making it more and more difficult for individuals to lose weight. So yes, we are becoming more savvy as consumers, we are paying more attention to the nutritional labels on boxes. But are we taking as much time to actually run our finger down that long list of ingredients, detailing the building blocks of some of the "foods" that we are eating.
