The days are getting shorter and colder and I have been turning my mind to a lot of holiday baking.  Now if you know me you know that I am NOT a baker, I actually quiet dislike baking, I find it long, I am not great at it (although I can follow a recipe), so when it comes to developing recipes I perfer to spend my time working on savory foods and sticking to the cooking side of things.
