Who LOVES giving large community and corporate talks?  I know most don't but I absolutely LOVE it!  Working with industry leaders, athletic organizations and office dwellers is a passion of mine.  The more we discuss and unpack nutrition and health habits the more we are able to promote a sustainable healthy workplace and community.

NUTRITION FOR STRENGTH PROFESSIONALS
Having worked in the Health and Wellness industry as a Personal Trainer/Strength Coach, Yoga Instructor and Nutritionist I am able to provide a unique insight into what information coaches are being asked about their diet and nutrition.  This workshop is developed to help support coaches and provide them with confidence when responding to their clients.   We cover topics like supplementation, designing a healthy plate and limitations we focus as strength coaches.

STRESS! It's a hot topic these days, probably because a lot of us are really "feeling it" these days.   This workshop is designed to provide you with practical tips and tools to reduce stress in your life, and more specifically through using your diet.

ALLERGY AWARENESS IN THE WORKPLACE
We all make different dietary choices, keto diet, paleo, vegan or vegetarian most of these end up being choices.   If you have ever been the only employee in an office with a severe allergy it can be hard to explain why navigating the lunch room can be such a scary thing.   

This workshop focuses on some do's and don'ts when it comes to allergy safety in the workplace and also provides some insight into what allergies actually are.
