We all fall into the vacation trap, you are having a great time, enjoying friends, family, food and drink and sometimes even our best laid plans fall to the waste side. Once vacation is over it can be challenging to not just want to keep it going in the food and drink department, then before we know it we are down on ourselves because all that awesome energy we had worked hard to achieve is starting to slowly slip away.
